JENNEJAHN LODGE

Jennejahn Lodge is located in the “Village Park” at the rear of Hilton Quest School, 225 West Avenue in the Village of Hilton.

The lodge is open year round and amenities include tables and chairs, stove, microwave, heat, light, wood burning fireplace, refrigerator, water, and restrooms. Seating capacity is 99.

A completed rental agreement is required to schedule your event along with a copy of the renter's photo ID. Full payment is due within 7 days of the reservation, and failure to make the full payment within this timeframe will result in cancellation without notification. Reservations can be made on the first day of the month up to one year prior to your event date on a first come/first serve basis. A $25 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations. The park opens at 9am and closes at 10pm. The capacity of the lodge is 99 persons. There are 60 parking spaces available at the lodge. Lodge Amenities include: 18 six-foot rectangular tables, 80 folding chairs, kitchen area with refrigerator, stove, microwave, wood for fireplace, two indoor restrooms, changing table within restroom, broom, mop, bucket and trash bins. The lodge has heat and air conditioning. Wi-Fi is NOT available. Renter is responsible for cleaning all surfaces and sweeping and mopping all floors. Use trash cart and recycling box provided. No wall or ceiling decorations are permitted. No glue, tape, tacks, or nails are permitted. Tabletop decorations are allowed. A copy of the renter's photo ID is required along with the application. Full payment is due within 7 days of reservation. Security deposit will be mailed to you after your event. Payment may be made by cash, check, or card. Card payments will incur a fee of 2.95% on top of the rental fee.
